The application period for this year's mentoring programme has now closed. We are no longer accepting any applications as a mentee.

By filling out this form, you are applying to be a mentee in the nationwide mentoring programme of Suomen Mentorit 2025.

Apply to be a mentee if you are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, are a recent graduate trying to find employment or entrepreneurial possibilities in Finland or wondering about the direction of your life and career path in Finland.

The application period for the programme ends on Sunday, the 16th of March, 2025. We will inform all applicants about the selection decisions on week 16 at the latest.

When selecting participants for this programme, we prioritise those who have a real need for mentoring and those who have shown their commitment to the programme by putting effort into their application. We value concise but well-thought-out answers to open-ended questions. When you fill out the form carefully, we have the best possibility to find you the most suitable mentor.

This mentoring programme lasts from April until December 2025. During the programme, the mentee and mentor commit to meeting each other 8-10 times by agreeing and scheduling together. The recommended length of one session is 1-2 hours. Mentoring meetings can be face-to-face or remotely.

The Kick-Off of the programme will be organised remotely in Teams on Monday, the 28th of April, from 16:30 to 18:00.
