By filling out this form, you are applying to be a mentee in the nationwide mentoring programme for international students in the field of technology. The programme is organised by Suomen Mentorit and its partners.

Apply to be a mentee if you are studying on your second year at a university or university of applied sciences, are graduating soon and trying to find employment Finland, or wondering about the direction of your life and career path in Finland.

We accept applications until 15th of August 2025. We will inform all applicants about the selection outcomes on week 36 at the latest.

When selecting participants for this pilot programme, we prioritise those who have a real need for mentoring and those who have shown their commitment to the programme by putting effort into their application. We value concise but well-thought-out answers to open-ended questions. When you fill out the form carefully, we have the best possibility to find you the most suitable mentor.

This mentoring programme will take place from September until December 2025. During the programme, the mentee and mentor commit to meeting each other once a month by agreeing and scheduling these meetings together. The recommended length of one session is 1-2 hours. Mentoring meetings can be face-to-face or remotely.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Mon 15th of September: The Kick-Off of the programme (Teams)
Wed 29th of October: Midterm meeting (live, Helsinki)
Wed 17th of December: Closing event of the programme (Teams)
