APPLY AS A MENTEE!

By filling out this form, you are applying and committing to become a mentee in the mentoring programme Future in Finland 2026. The programme is run in English and organised by Suomen Mentorit and its partners.

Apply to be a mentee if you are studying a degree at a university or university of applied sciences, have graduated within the past 12 months, and/or trying to find employment Finland, or wondering about the direction of your life and career path in Finland.

We accept applications until 9 August 2026. We will inform all applicants about the outcome during the first week of September the latest.

When selecting participants for this programme, we prioritise applicants who demonstrate a real need for mentoring and those who show their commitment by putting serious effort into their application. We value true motivation and thus concise but well-thought-out answers to our open-ended questions. Please fill out the form carefully, in that way you have the best possibility to be selected and matched with the most suitable mentor for you.

The mentoring programme runs from September 2026 until February 2027. During the programme, the mentee and mentor commit to meet each other approximately once a month by agreeing and scheduling these meetings together well in advance. The recommended length of one session is 1-2 hours. Mentoring meetings can be face-to-face or remote.

To participate in the mentoring programme requires time, proactivity, motivation, commitment and willingness to open up and develop as a human being.
